Why is an Apostille Required?

An Apostille or an Authentication certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal and position of the official who has executed, issued or certified a document. An Apostille or an Authentication enables a document issued in one country to be recognized as valid in another country. Depending upon the type of document needing an apostille will determine if the document requires notarization. If notarization is needed, be sure to use the correct notarial certificate for the document. Also note that the Secretary of State and/or USDOS requires that the notarization is 100% correct and compliant in order to provide the apostille.

Mindy Strum is a Certified Apostille Agent with 10+ years as a notary public in the state of Florida. Florida Notary Public, LLC DBA Apostille FLA provides apostille services from each state and the USDOS.

Mindy knows what she is doing. From the initial phone call to receiving my finished documents, the process was easy and way faster than if you are to do this yourself. I'll use this service for all my notary and apostille needs!

We used Apostille FLA - Notary Service (specifically Mindy) as our wedding officiant and could not recommend her more! From the day we agreed to work together up until our wedding day, Mindy was a great communicator, extremely positive, and a fabulous resource for any questions we had. Her calming presence helped ease any nerves we might have had on our big day. Mindy arrived early and very well prepared to officiate our marriage. If you’re looking for an extraordinary wedding officiant who will listen to your vision and make your dream ceremony come true, look no further than Mindy!
